This role reports directly to ASG's Head of Talent. •You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will •Lead full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI native software engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security roles. •Build proactive pipelines for recurring technical roles and emerging skill sets critical to ASG's AI transformation. •Partner with ASG's CTO and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. •Conduct technical talent research and intelligence, including market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and competitive hiring analysis. •Develop technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and recruiting playbooks that improve hiring quality and consistency. •Manage relationships with specialized technical recruiting partners and search firms when appropriate. Qualifications: •Assess technical talent with a high degree of rigor, distinguishing exceptional AI-native builders from candidates with surface-level experience.
