Hiring: Army Space Support Teams Analyst Company: The Tech7 Company Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 10:43:07 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Security Clearance, Systems Integration About the job Required Skills: •Serve as a Certification and Evaluation support specialist for Army Space Support Teams and primary back-up for the Space Control Planning Teams (SCPT). •Plan, resource, and conduct ARSST certification assessments and evaluate team performance against approved standards, policies, doctrine, and operating procedures. •Support certification events and brigade-level external evaluations coordinated through G37 TREX. •Develop Master Scenario Events Lists, evaluation scripts, exercise-development products, reports, briefings, and other certification products. •Facilitate the Certification, Confirmation, and Validation process to support operational readiness and timely completion of certification products. •Assess operational readiness, document certification results, identify issues and trends, and recommend corrective actions or improvements. •Review Standards and Evaluations policies and recommend updates that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ARSST evaluations. •Conduct military decision-making, military writing, orders production, and briefings for government personnel and senior leaders. Qualifications: •Three or more years of experience as an ARSST team member. •Tactical Space Operations Course education and related space-control education. •Solid functional working knowledge of SATCOM, NAVWAR, space characterization, space control, Army and Joint space operations, commercial SATCOM, and ARSST equipment and software applications. •Battalion-or-higher staff experience, including military writing, briefings, presentations, orders production, Tier 1 exercise planning, and staff processes. •Relevant military education such as Non-Commissioned Officer Education System, Battle Staff, Officer Education System, or an equivalent program. •Strong analytical, technical, organizational, written-communication, and verbal-communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet established schedules and deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to travel within the United States and internationally as required. •Travel, including overseas travel, may be required for certification and evaluation events.
