Hiring: Area Supervisor / Area Manager Company: Boardwalk Pipelines Location: Jeffersontown, KY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:37:37 About the job Experience: •10+ years of pipeline operations and maintenance experience and 5+ years of reciprocating compressor & turbine operations and maintenance experience Required Skills: •Position will be filled as an Area Supervisor/Area Manager commensurate with experience. The successful Candidate will be required to report and office at the Jeffersontown compressor station and pipeline office in Jeffersontown, KY. •Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience •Five to Ten years’ experience in the natural gas compression and storage industry •Three to Five years’ experience in a supervisor position in the natural gas industry or equivalent industry •Familiar with DOT 192 regulations and natural gas pipeline operations •Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and strong computer skills along with economic and critical thinking skills. •Demonstrated capacity to read and implement the O&M manual and the ability to read drawings, alignment sheets, and valve maps. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team environment and maintain good working relationships with governmental and customer counterparts. Also required is self-motivation, a commitment to and strong advocate of personal and team safety, along with a strong work ethic.
