Hiring: Area Schedule Lead, Mega Campus Company: Meta Location: Miami, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-02 17:58:21 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Schedule Controls, Project Controls, Baseline Scheduling, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), End-to-End (E2E) Schedule Updates, Extension of Time (EOT), Delay Tracking, Schedule Change Management, Risk Facilitation, Commercial Entitlement, CCAM Review, Capacity Planning, Data Center Construction, Mega Campus, General Contractor (GC) Coordination, Trade Partner (TP) Coordination, Project Controls Health Reporting, Scheduling SME Experience: - Proven experience in construction scheduling and project controls, ideally within large-scale data center or mega campus programs - Demonstrated expertise as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in scheduling - Experience reviewing and approving Baseline schedules, monthly schedule deliverables, and End-to-End (E2E) schedule updates - Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and commercial project health reporting/escalation - Experience mentoring schedulers and supporting contingent workforce scheduling teams - Experience reviewing and approving Extension of Time (EOT) requests and schedule-related changes Required Skills: - Technical leadership in Schedule Controls, including Baseline schedule reviews, schedule updates & reporting, E2E schedule updates, and internal coordination reviews - IMS schedule updates and execution team coordination reviews - Schedule change management and Extension of Time (EOT) approval - Delay tracking, schedule metric/quality management, and schedule delay mitigation - Risk facilitation and proactive identification of schedule-related risks - Application of commercial entitlement for schedule changes and EOT - Coordination of change evaluation with the cost team as part of the CCAM review process - Ability to make contract-aligned recommendations and escalate when site decisions differ from contractual language - Strong collaboration with Design, Engineering & Construction (DEC) Business Controls, Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering - Excellent communication and escalation skills to Area Manager and Capacity Planning process Qualifications: - Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge of scheduling in large-scale construction environments - Strong understanding of contract language and commercial entitlement related to schedule changes and claims - Ability to lead and mentor Contingent Workforce (CW) schedulers and Project Controls Analysts - Capability to review and approve all GC and TP Precon Baseline Schedules in conjunction with the Meta PreCon Manager - Ability to ensure Baseline schedules meet program expectations and are delivered within agreed timelines - Strong analytical skills to analyze and communicate Area Project Controls Health (Schedule & Risk) - Ability to support Area Manager and Area Cost Lead on schedule-related changes - Collaborative mindset to work with Site Leadership and other Area Schedule Leads on delay mitigation recommendations Compensation: Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $209,000.00/yr (Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for more details.)
