Hiring: Area Schedule Lead, Mega Campus Company: Meta Location: Bowling Green, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-02 17:58:21 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Schedule Controls, Project Controls, Baseline Scheduling, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), End-to-End (E2E) Schedule Updates, Extension of Time (EOT), Delay Tracking, Schedule Risk Management, Commercial Entitlement, Change Management, Construction Scheduling, Data Center Construction, Mentoring Experience: - Proven experience in construction scheduling and project controls, ideally within large-scale or mega campus construction programs - Experience serving as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for scheduling - Experience reviewing and approving General Contractor (GC) and Trade Partner (TP) baseline schedules - Experience with schedule change management, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and claims - Experience mentoring schedulers and supporting contingent workforce schedule teams - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Construction, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering Required Skills: - Technical expertise in Schedule Controls, including baseline schedule reviews, schedule updates and reporting, E2E schedule updates, and IMS schedule updates - Strong understanding of commercial entitlement for schedule changes and Extension of Time (EOT) - Ability to review and approve GC and TP Precon Baseline Schedules and resolve quality and logic issues - Proficiency in delay tracking, schedule delay mitigation, and risk facilitation - Ability to analyze and communicate project controls health (schedule and risk) to leadership - Strong coordination and escalation skills aligned with contractual language - Ability to develop delay mitigation ideas and make recommendations in collaboration with Site Leadership and other Area Schedule Leads Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to lead schedule execution and operations across a North America Mega Campus - Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling metrics, and schedule quality standards - Ability to support Area Manager and Area Cost Lead on schedule-related changes and proactive risk identification - Experience coordinating change evaluation with cost teams as part of the CCAM review process - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal departments and external partners - Ability to ensure all project schedule reporting meets or exceeds expected quality standards Compensation: - Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $209,000.00/yr - Actual pay will be based on skills and experience Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
