Hiring: Architect Company: Actalent Location: Louisville, KY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:03:03 Employment Type: Contract About the job Required Skills: •Support marketing efforts by preparing preliminary design concepts and participating in request for proposal (RFP) presentations. •Develop schematic design solutions that respond to client needs, project constraints, and design standards. •Create architectural renderings that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders. •Communicate regularly with clients to understand project requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback. •Coordinate design and documentation with engineers and other consultants to ensure fully integrated project delivery. •Develop and produce detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. •Assist with permitting processes and submissions to regulatory agencies to secure required approvals. •Participate in construction administration activities, including communication with contractors, review of submittals, and support during construction.
