Hiring: Arbitration Administrator Company: Carvana Location: Chandler, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:13:16 About the job Experience: •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements •18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements Required Skills: •Inspection Oversight: Oversee the quality and throughput of vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports. •Pipeline Management: Actively manage the WIP (Work-In-Progress) pipeline to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the inspection and arbitration process. •Arbitration Resolution: Resolve differences between buyers and sellers arising from representations made on the auction block, including mechanical, cosmetic, or disclosure issues. •Hands-on Quality Control: Conduct hands-on vehicle inspections when needed to verify vehicle condition and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. •Customer Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt and courteous service regarding arbitration transactions and dispute resolution. •Technical Compliance: Understand and enforce the auction’s arbitration policies, NAAA guidelines, and jurisdictional requirements. •Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate third-party inspections as required and maintain accurate record-keeping for all arbitrated units. •Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise records of arbitration outcomes and provide status updates on the inspection pipeline to leadership.
