Required Skills: •We are seeking a PLM Solution Architect to join our Professional Services organization. This role is focused on client delivery and technical advisory leadership, partnering directly with customer teams to design and implement enterprise-scale PLM solutions based on the Aras Innovator platform. •Serve as the technical lead for Aras Innovator implementations. •Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery. •Lead teams through planning, design, build, testing, and transition. •Ensure alignment with scope, quality, and delivery expectations. •Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders. •Facilitate workshops to define requirements and solution direction. •Align stakeholders and manage complex consulting scenarios. Qualifications: •Agile/Scrum delivery leadership. •Documentation excellence (requirements, SOWs, specifications). •Technical expertise in SQL Server, C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML. •Strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience). •Proven Aras Innovator implementation leadership. •Agile tools experience (Jira, Azure DevOps). •Industry experience in Automotive, High Tech, Aerospace, etc. •Knowledge of engineering change, quality, and manufacturing processes. •Willingness to travel up to 50%.
