Required Skills: •The position reports directly to the Deputy Program Manager of Sustainment and works closely with Maintenance, Quality, Operations, Installation Supply Support Activity, and the US Army customer. •Property Management Leadership •Lead all activities of the Property Management Department supporting APS-3 equipment and material accountability. •Provide direct supervision of two Property Management Supervisors and oversight of 30-40+ personnel. •Establish departmental goals, priorities, operating procedures, and performance standards. •Ensure compliance with Army Regulations, Department of Defense requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies. •Develop and implement long-range planning initiatives to support mission readiness and organizational objectives. •Maintain overall accountability and visibility of Class VII and Class II MTOE and excess equipment and associated equipment records. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen. •Must possess a valid state driver's license. •Must be able to obtain and maintain local installation access. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Common Access Card (CAC). •Must be able to obtain and maintain any required security clearance as specified by the contract. •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field. •Relevant military experience and additional years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. •Minimum of 8 years of experience in property management, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or military sustainment operations. •Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience leading supervisors and large teams. •Demonstrated knowledge of Army supply and property management processes.
