Required Skills: •This role bridges business operations and technology, working closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT to continually improve ERP functionality and business processes. •Support daily operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. •Troubleshoot ERP application issues and work with users to resolve functional problems. •Assist with ERP implementation activities, testing, deployment, and user adoption. •Perform data validation, cleansing, normalization, and ongoing maintenance. •Identify duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate business data. •Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. •Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
