When a customer's engineer has a hard technical question, the answer comes from our engineering team. •Work directly with customers to understand what they're building and translate it into a design that works •Perform the structural and load calculations behind it •Interpret test data from our lab and make the design call •Lead or contribute to new product development. We're actively adding product lines •Produce engineering drawings, BOMs, and reports •Present designs and proposals to customers.
