On-site days are Monday through Thursday, with at least 1 of those days per week spent at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA. •The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. •Design and test complete solutions that solve unique technical problems. •Define new products and features to fill gaps and perform product evaluations and field trials for new product features and accessories. •Provide comprehensive support to customers and the sales team through troubleshooting, system integration engineering, product recommendations, and technical analysis via phone, online, and in person. •Participate in an off-hour, on-call support rotation (on a voluntary or scheduled basis as business needs require) to address critical customer escalations. •Work individually and with Engineering teams to support requests via in-house or through field testing and validation. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree in relevant STEM field). •Must possess an ability to work independently, take initiative, multitask, and effectively interact with cross-functional teams and customers. •Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must to effectively communicate with customers and internally across the entire organization. •Excellent organizational skills and attentiveness to details. •Proficiency with PC office applications and mobile devices. •Willingness to travel and work at customer sites. •Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts. •All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test. •Proficiency with instruments such as spectrum analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and other radio frequency and data network test equipment and testing. •Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking.
