Required Skills: •Develop, configure, and commission BAS/DDC control programs for HVAC and mechanical systems •Create controller logic, graphics, alarms, schedules, trends, and user interfaces •Configure BAS networks and integrations using BACnet, Modbus, and other open protocols •Support startup, commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting activities both remotely and onsite •Diagnose and resolve communication issues, controller failures, and programming problems •Interpret sequences of operation, MEP drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics •Integrate third-party equipment including chillers, boilers, VFDs, meters, lighting systems, RTUs, AHUs, and power monitoring devices •Develop and maintain system databases, backups, as-built documentation, and programming standards Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with platforms such as Delta Controls, Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Automated Logic, Distech, or similar systems •In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment and mechanical system operation •Solid functional working knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP, networking, and device communication •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in live building environments •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls, or related technical field Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
