Required Skills: •Provide frontline support and maintenance for PACS, RIS, and related imaging software across radiology and other clinical departments. •Troubleshoot and resolve application and image workflow issues, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. •Partner cross-functionally with radiologists and technologists to improve system usability and imaging workflows. •Monitor PACS performance, image routing, storage capacity, and system alerts; escalate issues as needed. •Assist with integration and support of modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray) and ensure proper DICOM communication. •Participate in PACS upgrades, testing, and implementation of new imaging technologies or features. •Support data migrations, archiving solutions (e.g., VNA), and long-term storage compliance. •Document configuration changes, procedures, user guides, and issue resolutions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related field – or equivalent work experience.
