Required Skills: •Application Support & Operations •Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for business-critical applications, diagnosing and resolving complex application issues in a timely manner. •Monitor application health, availability, and performance to ensure continuous service delivery and adherence to service level objectives. •Troubleshoot applications, infrastructure, database, network, and integration-related issues across enterprise environments. •Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities, including after-hours support and on-call rotation responsibilities as required. •Coordinate with vendors, development teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues. •Maintain, tune, and optimize applications to maximize performance, scalability, and system reliability. •Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to support business growth and evolving workload demands. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. •Knowledge of containerized application environments and orchestration platforms. •Operational familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices. •Understanding of database technologies beyond Oracle, including performance optimization and troubleshooting. •Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Windows Server, or related technologies) •CCNA or equivalent networking certification •Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
