Required Skills: •DMI is seeking an Application Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Specialist to support mission-critical applications. This role provides operational support for enterprise applications by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring high application availability. •The successful candidate will work closely with application owners, infrastructure engineers, developers, and Service Desk teams to deliver reliable application services that support CDC's mission. •Monitor enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal system performance. •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while meeting established service level agreements. •Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. •Coordinate application deployments, maintenance windows, upgrades, and patch implementation activities. •Support application configuration, testing, validation, and production releases. •Document operational procedures, technical runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
