Recommend required design and functional changes needed to align with the product line and drive standardization. •Flag and escalate non-standard design elements and feature requests for resolution with support from Application team. •Leverage Xendee energy management modeling tool to recommend BESS size on projects based on customer inputs. •Provide sales support by answering technical questions on calls, via email, etc. •Partner cross-functionally with customer, salesperson, and other stakeholders to facilitate creating, documenting, and proposing Generac solutions •After receiving a Purchase Order, review project details and ensure project requirements align with the scope of the solution sold. Flag misalignment in scope. •Partner cross-functionally with customer, salesperson, project manager, factory, and other stakeholders to facilitate advancing the project process, identifying and resolving roadblocks preventing project progress.
