Required Skills: •Design, configure, upgrade, and improve assigned business applications using established processes and procedures. •Assess requested changes and perform impact analysis for assigned systems and platforms. •Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and troubleshoot technical and application issues. •Support SAP FI-CO functionality across financial processes, including FI-AA, AR, Revenue, Treasury, BCM, and EBS. •Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective system solutions. •Partner with ERP technical teams and architects on configuration alignment, customizations, and solutions for functionality gaps. •Identify and resolve issues within the application area, including issues affecting other application teams. •Provide end-user production support, troubleshoot problems and questions, and communicate status updates. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. •In-depth knowledge of industry best practices. •Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Solid understanding of Plan-to-Report processes and related SAP functionality. •Hands-on OneStream implementation or ongoing support experience strongly preferred. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels. •4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
