Required Skills: •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications using Appian. •Work closely with Business Analysts and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. •Build Appian applications, workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations. •Develop integrations between Appian and enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services. •Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide ongoing production support. •Follow established development, testing, deployment, and quality standards. •Partner cross-functionally with globally distributed teams across the U.S. and India. •Contribute to reusable components, development standards, and best practices across the Appian practice. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). •Understanding of how LLM-based applications can be incorporated into business workflows. •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a cross-functional, globally distributed team. •Operational familiarity with Appian AI Skills and AI Agents. •Gemini Solutions is a global IT consulting firm specializing in banking and financial services.
