Required Skills: •Participate in the full design process from concept development through final product assortments. •Translate seasonal trends, brand direction, and innovation into commercially successful intimates and sleepwear collections. •Design within established licensing partnerships while maintaining brand standards. •Create and maintain line sheets, CADs, technical sketches, and product documentation for cross-functional teams. •Develop and update sketches throughout the design and product development lifecycle. •Conduct ongoing market, trend, and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation. •Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, technical design, and production teams. •Support fit sessions and product refinements to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and functionality. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, fit, and grading for intimate apparel. •Background in knitwear and soft goods construction; hosiery experience is a plus. •Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD development. •Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, stretch materials, and performance features used in intimate apparel. •Understanding of the product development and manufacturing process from concept through production. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. •In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
