You will combine deep PeopleSoft expertise with proven coaching and enablement methodologies. •As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers. •Work Location: On-site, Arlington, VA •Provide expert coaching and enablement support to users and administrators of PeopleSoft APEX modules. •Develop and deliver training programs, job aids, and user guides tailored to PeopleSoft APEX functionality. •Provide hands-on APEX coding as directed. Qualifications: •Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. •Demonstrated expertise in: PeopleSoft modules, Oracle APEX, coaching methodologies, user enablement, training delivery, and system optimization. •Proficiency in technical tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Data Mover, and SQR. •Demonstrated capacity to troubleshoot complex customizations and technical issues. •Must be a U.S. Citizen. •Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
