Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to manage work orders, preventive maintenance programs, apartment turns, vendor relationships, and maintenance operations. •Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance. •A reliable mode of transportation. •Demonstrated capacity to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, emergency response situations, and rotating on-call assignments. •Demonstrated capacity to safely lift, move, and operate maintenance equipment and machinery. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. •Passionate about developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams. •Demonstrated capacity to diagnose and solve complex maintenance challenges. •Solutions-oriented and proactive in addressing issues before they impact residents. •Practical, resourceful, and confident making operational decisions.
