We're seeking a hands-on leader who values accountability, service, and operational excellence. •Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team committed to quality, accountability, and customer service •Oversee preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, service requests, and daily maintenance operations •Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance projects •Identify maintenance and capital improvement needs and partner with community leadership to prioritize and execute solutions •Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental health and safety requirements •Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Qualifications: •Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams •Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general building maintenance •Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to participate in an on-call rotation and work a flexible schedule based on business needs •Demonstrated capacity to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including moving equipment and materials •A leader who builds trust, sets high standards, and leads by example •Passionate about creating an exceptional living experience for residents and a positive culture for their team •A proactive problem-solver with strong technical judgment and troubleshooting skills •Organized, accountable, and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment •Skilled at developing talent, fostering teamwork, and driving performance Compensation: •$80,000 - $90,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
