Qualifications: •Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members •Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results •Possess general understanding of financials and budgets •Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.) •Flexible schedule availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:30pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
