Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. •CPA or other accounting certification is a plus. •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls. •Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. •Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
