This includes running, maintaining, and enhancing the Variable Annuity valuation model developed in R. •Prepare reinsurance deliverables for ceded FDA and FIA business. •Prepare statutory and GAAP reserve rollforwards and financial reporting analysis for all deferred annuity products. •Contribute to regulatory filings, audits, and other financial reporting initiatives. •Progress toward SOA credentials through company-supported study program. Qualifications: •A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field with a strong mathematical background. •At least two years of actuarial experience. Annuity valuation or modeling experience is a plus. •Two or more actuarial exams passed. •Strong programming background. Experience using R is a plus. •Proficient with MS Excel and Access. •Job titles may span multiple career levels.
