Structure modular data transformations to expose standardized clinical and operational datasets. •Develop and optimize scalable pipelines to process large volumes of multi-system, unstructured, and semi-structured healthcare datasets (e.g., EHR, Claims, FHIR, and HL7 feeds), significantly cutting compute times and warehouse/lakehouse spending. •: Design, automate, and monitor production-grade DAGs using asset-centric orchestration frameworks like Dagster. Implement real-time data freshness checks, anomaly detection, and custom automated alerting systems to guarantee continuous pipeline health. •Engineering, Governance, and BI teams to ensure seamless ELT integration, establish DBT semantic models/metric definitions, and enforce data contracts to align engineering workflows with business and clinical analytics requirements. •Enforce strict healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) across all codebases. Implement row- and column-level security policies, dynamic data masking for PII/PHI in SQL, CI/CD code checks, and robust technical documentation to ensure 100% audit readiness.
