Qualifications: •B.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. •Applied hands-on capability in lubricant formulation and testing such as foams, emulsion, viscosity, thermal, HFRR, MTM, and EHL. •Operational familiarity with high-throughput experimentation techniques and automated systems. •Knowledge of various research principles and testing methods. •Operational familiarity with ASTM and ISO Standards. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
