Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Military or industry experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements. •Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in technology policy, federal program management, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience in project management, operational planning, and strategic initiatives. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executive-level decision-making. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. •Operational familiarity with Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs), advanced manufacturing, technology transition, or industrial base initiatives.
