Qualifications: •0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field. •Strong academic or professional record demonstrating analytical ability and achievement. •Strong attention to UI/UX details, including formatting, alignment, consistency, and readability. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships. •Understanding of user personas and the ability to design intuitive dashboards for non-technical audiences. •Operational familiarity with relational databases or cloud data warehouses. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. •Annual gross base salary range of $48,000–$71,000 USD, depending on qualifications, skills, and location. •Additional compensation and benefits may include multiple health insurance options, flexible paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
