Required Skills: •Supports the VP, Capital Markets in managing the execution and administration of QTS’ financing and capital markets activities and plays an integral role in contributing to the long-term financial strategy of the Company. •Provides analytical support for financing transactions and liquidity management through financial modeling, preparation of investor presentations, due diligence support and lender/investor engagement. •Transaction process management – interacting with bankers, lawyers, external consultants and other stakeholders. •Build underwriting, financing and liquidity models to evaluate and execute on a variety of complex asset-level and corporate-level financing structures. •Working alongside QTS senior management team and Blackstone to execute on capital raising. •Supporting due diligence efforts (in practice supports investor relations function for QTS’ lending relationships). •Synthesize large amounts of data and arrive at reasonable conclusions quickly. •What You Need To Be Successful Qualifications: •Completion of major corporate, investment banking or capital markets training program with a leading financial institution. •Real Estate, Data Center or Capital Markets Experience. •Demonstrated capacity to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data and to creatively present the information in a manner that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information. •High attention to detail and accuracy. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Enthusiastic attitude in a team environment and ability to work independently.
