Required Skills: •Analyze operational data using Excel, SAP, Camstar, PLM, Sonova AI, Power BI, and other business systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights. •Maintain Operations dashboards and KPIs to support daily management and business decisions. •Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting operational performance, risks, and opportunities. •Review departmental budgets and cost center performance, identifying spending trends and recommending improvements. •Support annual Operations budget planning by consolidating forecasts and coordinating department inputs. •Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for Operations leadership. •Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. •Maintain audit-ready documentation, records, and compliance files.
