Hiring: Analyst, Investor Relations Company: Monroe Capital LLC Location: Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:27:37 Employment Type: Internship / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Apex, C, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Wealth Management About the job Experience: •1-2 years of relevant experience •2 years of relevant experience Required Skills: •This position is hybrid with 4 days a week in our Chicago office. •Serve as a primary point of contact for wealth investors, financial advisors, and platforms on day-to-day account inquiries •Respond to investor requests regarding capital activity, statements, tax documents, and fund performance in a timely and accurate manner •Act as the primary liaison with investors/financial advisors and transfer agents on subscription processing, redemptions/tenders, transfers, capital calls, and distributions •Reconcile investor records between internal systems and third-party administrator/TA platforms •Track and resolve discrepancies in investor data, NAV statements, and capital account activity •Monitor subscription and redemption cycles to ensure deadlines are met across all fund vehicles •Serve as the go-to resource for advisors and investors navigating the portal, escalating technical issues as needed Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related degree with 3.0 or higher GPA •Relevant internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience •Solid functional working knowledge of subscription document review, AML/KYC requirements, and capital call/distribution mechanics •Operational familiarity with investor portal platforms (e.g., iCapital, CAIS, Intralinks, or proprietary portals) •Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple deadline-driven workstreams •Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, service-oriented demeanor with sensitive client information •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills •Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Stationary Work: Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer work, phone communication, and administrative tasks.
