Required Skills: •Intermediate MS Office - especially Excel •Written and spoken communication, ability to actively listen and understand/discern meaning, and ask thoughtful followup questions to ensure clarity; comfort in talking and presenting to multiple levels in the organization •Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights •HR System and Process Knowledge •Strong problem solving skills to address business challenges •Self-starter and able to work independently •Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both HR and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design. •Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: •Talent Management Administration (5166370) •Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. •Primary Liaison with US Brands related to HR Systems and related processes •Gather and document requirements from customers related to new demand requests. •Conduct business requirements analysis related to demand requests identify key stakeholder engagement, and conduct a detailed impact assessment •Accountable for stakeholder engagement - facilitate meetings and dialogues between stakeholders, customers, HRIS, and local and global IT partners to ensure alignment •Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Adoption Specialists to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs. •Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes related to all relevant systems •Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance and support of the core HR systems Compensation: •$75,040 - $112,560 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Custom In-House Solutions: BU, PTO Admin, UDF, Union Ben Admin (UBA), & Union Contribution (UFC) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
