Hiring: Analyst II, IT Asset Management Company: ICE Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 11:19:40 Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Configuration Management, Kubernetes, Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow About the job Experience: •2+ years of CMDB experience working in an enterprise environment utilizing ServiceNow •Solid functional working knowledge of managing CMDB Service Mapping, Dynamic CI Groups and CMDB Groups •Strongs understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB and asset/CI life-cycle practices •Data analysis and reporting skills to support investigations and remediations •Strong written and verbal communication skills Required Skills: •Perform day-to-day CMDB administration, including creation, update, validation, and decommissioning of CI records. •Actively manage the CMDB work queue (tickets and/or emails), ensuring timely resolution and accurate updates. •Maintain CI data quality by monitoring and remediating. •Manage and validate CI relationships to support impact analysis and service visibility. •Develop and run CMDB reports for stakeholders. •Maintain and update CMDB documentation, standards, and procedures. •Identify CMDB process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. •Create, maintain and govern hardware models.
