Hiring: Analyst II, HRIS Company: ACV Auctions Location: Buffalo, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:13:16 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Regulatory Compliance, User Experience About the job Experience: •4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred Required Skills: •Provide advanced technical and functional expertise across HR applications, including Dayforce, TalentQuest, Iron Mountain, and DocuSign. •Perform complex system configuration, administration, workflow management, reporting, and system enhancements within HR applications. •Actively facilitate and support integrity, completeness, and accuracy of employee, organizational, payroll, talent, and other HR-related data across systems. •Monitor and support HRIS integrations and interfaces, identify failures or data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution. •Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, determining appropriate solutions and escalating critical incidents when necessary. •Monitor and manage HRIS tickets, requests, and incidents, communicating significant issues, business impact, and expected resolution timelines to appropriate stakeholders. •Gather, analyze, and document complex business, functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements, workflows, reporting, and process changes. •Identify gaps between HR business processes and system capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, controls, and user experience.
