Hiring: Analyst I, HRIS Company: ACV Auctions Location: Buffalo, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:13:16 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •1+ year(s) providing support around HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, HRIS, or other business processes •1+ year(s) experience with HRIS or enterprise business application; experience with Dayforce or another HCM platform preferred Required Skills: •Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. •Actively facilitate and support simplification and enhancement of HR processes and the employee and manager experience through effective use of HR technology. •Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for HRIS enhancements, reporting, workflows, and processes. •Actively facilitate and support administration and configuration of HR applications, including Dayforce, TalentQuest, Iron Mountain, and DocuSign. •Actively facilitate and support maintenance of employee and organizational data within HR systems, identifying and resolving data integrity issues. •Monitor and respond to HRIS tickets, requests, and system issues in accordance with established service level expectations. •Troubleshoot system issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation to senior HRIS team members, vendors, or other technical teams. •Assist with identifying and resolving gaps between HR business processes and system functionality.
