Required Skills: •Design, build, and maintain geospatial to support retail initiatives including site selection, trade area analysis, white space analysis, sales forecasting, and store performance evaluation. •Translate complex business questions into scalable spatial and analytical models that support enterprise decision-making. •Evaluate store networks, market coverage, and customer access across a large, multi-site retail footprint. •Integrate Alteryx workflows with Python scripts and ArcGIS geoprocessing tools to create end-to-end automated analytics pipelines. •Monitor, optimize, and document workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and data governance. •Use Python to automate spatial modeling and AI-assisted analytics workflows, sales forecasting and site evaluation processes and scheduled geoprocessing, data refresh, and QA/QC tasks •Maintain and enhance existing models and scripts to improve performance, consistency, and reusability across the GIS environment. •Create, publish, and maintain web maps, dashboards, and map services using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise.
