Hiring: Analyst, Engineering Company: FlexiVan Location: Scottsdale, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:47:40 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •1-3 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain Required Skills: •GPS / Telecom Management •Maintain the GPS install and Inventory sheets for up to date record keeping. •Ensure the timely linking of GPS modules with vendor portals and FlexiVan systems. •Monitor GPS activation and operational issues and coordinate with Field Operations and customers to resolve them. •Track the health of Telematics devices across our fleet taking necessary corrective actions. •Coordinate activities with Telematics vendors to ensure warranty and replacement obligations are being met. •Maintain the accuracy of entries between vendors’ data and FlexiVan systems •Perform routine data accuracy checks of vendor systems and Flexivan systems as needed.
