Required Skills: •Lead and oversee working with both internal and external stakeholders to plan and schedule routine maintenance and project work on the electric system across Upstate New York. •Lead and oversee the implementation of digital tools, the development of analytical metric reporting for the department, creation/compliance of training materials, maintenance of internal procedures and tracking of configuration change management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or STEM required. •Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electric system operations, control centers, or Outage Coordination preferred. •Knowledge of substation and line construction, maintenance practices, and operational constraints preferred. •Knowledge of EMS/ADMS/SCADA systems, digital tools, AI, and system operations concepts preferred. •Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams required. •Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
