Our client seeks a detail-oriented, financially minded Analyst to support transaction execution, underwriting, and closing due diligence across a robust pipeline of projects. •Build and update dynamic real estate proformas, development budgets, and complex capital stacks incorporating debt, equity, and specialized funding programs under senior guidance. •Track public/private funding cycles, compile complete financing application packages, draft components, and manage direct uploads to funding portals. •Coordinate transaction checklists across internal teams, legal counsel, title companies, lenders, and syndicators while ordering and organizing all 3rd-party reports. •Manage post-closing checklists, maintain ongoing portal compliance calendars, and drive the conversion requirements from construction debt to permanent financing. •Evaluate local market dynamics, rent comps, utility allowances, zoning/entitlements, and site feasibility for prospective developments and specialized community programs. •Monitor local, state, and federal housing policy legislative changes and compile executive summary memos on new funding streams to guide pipeline strategy.
