Prioritize use of dbt and Snowflake to separate data logic and dashboard logic. •Support version control processes (Git) and adhere to established best practices. •Help facilitate project management responsibilities for material efforts. •Manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment. •Build expertise in StepStone's business model, private markets, and analytics. •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field preferred but not required. •Analytics experience is preferred, especially in dashboard development, but not required. Qualifications: •Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX); experience with dbt, Python, or similar data transformation and modeling tools is a plus. •Operational familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric platform and/or the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. •Solid foundation in data modeling, dashboard design, and BI best practices. •Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to change. •Naturally inquisitive, eager to learn new technologies and evolving tools. •The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.
