Required Skills: •Reviews key loan documents and perform necessary due diligence to make sure information is accurate in the mortgage loan system for initial loan funding. •Updates mortgage loan system based upon modifications to existing loans and regular on-going loan updates. •Researches payment discrepancies working with Operations and/or Servicers to resolve issues. •Administers the monthly payments for Mezzanine & SOFR loans. •Follows up on outstanding Borrower and Servicer late charges. •Prepares/validates loan payoff documentation & process extra funds for disbursement. •Lead and oversee the coordination and/or actual imaging of loan documents. •Reviews legal binders for accuracy and works with law firms to obtain outstanding documents.
