The Analyst will work closely with other client service members and all relevant departments to support client needs plus the Department and Firm at large. •Monitor and report on investment activity and performance across private market funds within client portfolios •Compile accurate and timely reports using performance reporting systems and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel) •Reconcile financial data, including quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activity •Partner cross-functionally with SPAR Client Teams to gather data and compile deliverables in line with global reporting standards •Assist in execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes, ensuring proper data practices and methodologies are applied •Serve as the primary reporting contact for assigned clients, proactively communicating progress, timelines, and any emerging issues •Coordinate the full reporting cycle, including process documentation to ensure consistency and continuity Qualifications: •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity •Effective communicator, with strong written and verbal skills •The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.
