Hiring: Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer Company: SK hynix America Location: San Jose, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:38:39 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Compliance, MATLAB, Perl, Python, SystemVerilog, Verilog About the job Experience: •4 years of industry experience in analog and/or mixed-signal circuit design (or MS plus minimum 2 years of industry experience) •Minimum 4 years of industry experience in analog and/or mixed-signal circuit design (or MS plus minimum 2 years of industry experience) Required Skills: •Design analog/mixed-signal circuits such as wireline transmitters/receivers, equalizers (CTLE/DFE), PLLs, CDRs, ADCs, DACs, voltage regulators, and bandgap references •Partner cross-functionally with design teams to define circuit specifications and architecture •Perform schematic design, simulation, and silicon validation for circuit blocks •Supervise and guide layout/mask designers, providing floorplan and layout guidelines for optimal performance and area efficiency •Analyze circuit performance and support design sign-off and characterization •Document design methodology and contribute to continuous improvement of design flows •BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus minimum 4 years of industry experience in analog and/or mixed-signal circuit design (or MS plus minimum 2 years of industry experience) •Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal fundamentals, including noise, matching, parasitics, and feedback systems Qualifications: •Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or a related field •Operational familiarity with advanced FinFET process •Knowledge of circuit modeling using Verilog-A, matlab, etc. •Knowledge of hardware description languages (Verilog/SystemVerilog) Compensation: •$150,000 - $250,000 / year •Top Tier health insurance at no employee cost Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
