Required Skills: •Uses appropriate tools or databases to contribute to architecture and circuit designs for a small, well-defined block under some guidance. •Works with layout teams to oversee block-level layout. •Runs simulations and basic analyses (e.g., power, performance) on designs; documents and shares results with leads, and utilizes feedback to improve and verify designs. •Programs and runs basic tests to identify bugs in own work; debugs simple issues and escalates complex issues. •Builds understanding of one's technical domain to ensure integration with other components in the domain. •Writes technical documentation and design descriptions for straightforward projects under the direction of a supervisor. •Contributes to conversations to generate new ideas. •Taking responsibility for own work and making decisions with limited impact; impact of decisions is readily apparent; errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct). Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of experience with analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design in nanometer planar CMOS or FinFET. •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
