Qualifications: •Deep experience within Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. •Proven track record leading large technology transformation and modernization programs. •Strong knowledge of software engineering, application architecture, cloud technologies, platform modernization, and operational resilience. •Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical platforms supporting front, middle, or back-office investment operations. •Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. •Knowledge of investment operations, transaction management, reconciliation, fund accounting, investor services, reporting, and regulatory obligations. •Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
