Required Skills: •Conduct technical reviews and interpret local, state, and federal air quality regulations, including Clean Air Act programs. •Lead complex air quality and environmental compliance projects while overseeing consultant-level staff. •Prepare and manage air permit applications, compliance reports, and other regulatory deliverables. •Perform emissions calculations and evaluate air pollution sources and control technologies. •Manage client relationships, project scope, budgets, schedules, proposals, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring successful project delivery. •Conduct regulatory applicability analyses and coordinate with regulatory agencies throughout the permitting process. •Support air dispersion modeling efforts and evaluate modeling results for compliance and project planning. •Communicate technical environmental information through reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Atmospheric Science, or a related physical science discipline. •Demonstrated experience managing projects, including proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. •In-depth knowledge of air pollution control technologies and air quality regulations. •Knowledge of federal and state air programs, including NSR/PSD, Title V, NSPS, and NESHAP requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate technical information through reports, presentations, and regulatory interactions. •Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. •Multi-state air permitting and regulatory compliance experience. •Strong knowledge of AERMOD and other air dispersion modeling tools. •Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
