Required Skills: •This is fundamentally a change leadership role with AI fluency, not an AI specialist role with change management bolted on. The work succeeds when AI-enabled ways of working become the default, not the exception. •Transformation Methods & Leadership •Design and operate the end-to-end workflow redesign methodology used across Leatherman, including kickoff workshops, value mapping, future-state design, and phased implementation planning. •Co-lead cross-functional workshops with strategic project teams and functional leaders. •Maintain the transformation pipeline cadence, bringing in new workflows quickly and often. •Drive agile methods across redesign projects, including 80/20 MVP, pilot-then-scale, and rapid iteration. •Partner with the AI Platform Lead during workshops to ensure technology feasibility and architectural fit with the redesigned workflow. •Project Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
