Required Skills: •Serve as the primary liaison between Qualified Health and assigned clients. •Develop and manage against Partnership Plan including articulation of business goals, KPI definition and project plans. •Lead all client meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project goals. •Coordinate and execute action items, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. •Perform thorough workflow analysis, identification of critical areas for value creation, assessment of AI fitness, workflow integration approach and change management needs, and provide additional requirements to product teams as necessary. •Identify new use cases and create business and product requirements that provide incremental value to the client. •Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement creative solutions to deliver client value. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Qualifications: •This role requires significant travel to healthcare client sites, often for extended engagements. Candidates should be prepared for up to 20%-40% travel, depending on active projects.
